For performing this exercise, you will just need a towel. The first thing that you will do is take the towel and roll it until it has a sausage-like shape. To keep the towel from staying in one place, wrap a tape or piece of cloth around it and tie a knot. Then lie on a wooden floor, try to avoid soft surfaces such as a bed because that will reduce the purpose of this exercise, once you’re on the floor, place the rounded towel on the area where your spinal curve begins.
