The research students at Tel Aviv University conducted a research, the time span of which was 32 weeks. They had two groups of obese adults. One was instructed to consume chocolate in breakfast, the other one was asked to follow a restricted calorie diet plan. And guess who lost the weight and maintained it longer? Yes, it was the chocolate eater group. They maintained their weight for longer period than the other group.
