Beware! your kids can get this skin infection from playing in unclean Bouncy Houses
Not always is a bouncy house fun, especially if they aren’t maintained hygienically. A bouncy house is always the star attraction at birthday parties and mini fairs. Kids just love to jump around any which way they please without the fear of getting hurt even when landing on their heads. However, before allowing your kids on a bouncy house, it should be inspected for cleanliness to avoid any problems.
One mother found out the hard way at how bouncy houses cause skin infection. Brenda Sanderson’s sons had just had a fun time on the bouncy house at a graduation party. Two days later their hands were covered in sores.
1 The infection on the boy’s hands started spreading
When Brenda’s sons returned from a graduation party they attended, nothing really seemed wrong. Like all kids they had a rocking time jumping around in the bouncy house but two days later she found their hands covered in what seemed like injuries. Despite of applying medication on the wounds, they just seemed to be increasing in size and oozing like eczema.
Brenda immediately took her sons to the doctor. As soon as Brenda mentioned they were on a bouncy House, the doctor diagnosed their condition as a staph infection. According to the doctor “It’s like a wrestling mat,” the doctor said. “Staph infections come from a gym or something that’s not being washed or cleansed properly will start to create bacteria.”
