How to fix your sleeping problems with Science for a Good Night’s sleep
The quality of sleep largely depends on whether sleep will rejuvenate you or not. Just going to sleep isn’t going to benefit you but a good night’s rest that includes all of the cycles of quality sleep is what matters most for your body. Science shows you how to fix sleeping problems to give you that proper rest your body deserves and keep you in good health.
1 Shoulder Pain
Waking up with a sore shoulder means you should avoid sleeping on your side. Sleeping on your stomach should also be avoided as it misaligns your shoulders. The best posture to sleep is on your back with a thin orthopedic pillow under your head. Hugging a pillow placed on your stomach will also keep your shoulders stable and in perfect alignment.
Should you like changing positions, sleep on the side that is not painful; but draw your knees a bit upto your chest with a pillow placed between your knees. Avoid sleeping with your hand under your head.
